Then, they’re topped with a slaw combining shredded purple cabbage, shredded green cabbage, shredded carrots, green onions, edamame, tamari, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, brown sugar substitute and ginger.
The “icing” on top is the spicy sriracha mayo made with mayo, sriracha, a splash of lime juice and a pinch of salt.
